# STRESS

Hey guys .. good morning.. 

Today i will share my blog update about STRESS and here we will find out what is symptoms, signs, causes, and effects of STRESS .. 


Moderns life is full of hassles, deadlines, frustrations, and demands. For many peoples. stress is commonplace that is has become a way of life. stress is not always bad and it also help you perform under and motivate you to do the best on your work.




What is stress ?

STRESS is a normal physical response to events that make you feel threatened or upset your balance in some way. when your sense danger- whether it's real or imagined- the body's defenses the kick into high gear in a rapid, automatic process known as the fight-or-flight reaction or the stress response. the stress response in the body's way of protecting you and if you working properly its will help you stay focused, energetic, and alert. in emergency situations stress can save your life because its giving you extra strength to defend yourself, for example, or spurring you to slam on the breaks to avoid an accident






Signs and symptoms of stress


There are many of signs and symptoms of stress such as :

Cognitive symptoms 
  • Memory problems 
  • Inability to concentrate 
  • Poor judgment 
  • Seeing only the negative 
  • Anxious or racing thought 
  • Constant worrying
Emotional symptoms 
  • Moodiness 
  • Irritability or short tamper 
  • Agitation, inability to relax 
  • Feeling overwhelmed 
  • Depression of general unhappiness 
Physical symptoms 
  • Aches and pain 
  • Diarrhea or constipation
  • Nausea and dizziness 
  • Lose of sex drive 
Behavioral symptoms 
  • Eating more OR less
  • Sleeping to much or little 
  • Isolating yourself to others 
  • Using alcohol, cigarettes or drug to relax 
  • Nervous habit 

CAUSES OF STRESS

Actually, there are many of causes of the stress among of us and especially for those who are working and study but even housewives are also having stress in home to settle homework.

Common external causes of stress but we have to remember that not all stress is caused by external factors. stress can also be self-generated.

  • Major life changes 
  • Work 
  • Relationship difficulties 
  • Financial problems 
  • Being to busy 
  • Children and family 

Common internal of causes of stress.
  • Inability to accept uncertainty 
  • Pessimism 
  • Negative self talk 
  • Unrealistic expectations 
  • Perfectionism 
  • Lack of assertiveness 


Effect of stress 
 

  • Pain of any kinds 
  • Heart disease 
  • Digestive problems
  • Sleep problems 
  • Depression 
  • Obesity 
  • Autoimmune disease
  • Skin conditions
