# Control anger ''BEFORE'' it control you





Introduction

We all know what anger is, and we've all felt it whether as a fleeting annoyance or as a full-fledged rage.



Anger is completely normal , usually healthy and human emotional. 





but when its get out of control and turn destructive, it can lead to problems. For example, problems at work, in your personal relationship , and in overall quality of your life. And it can make you feel as though you are at the mercy of an unpredictable and powerful emotion. This brochure is mean to help you understand and control anger.  






so , by having a problem we should not getting anger we have to handle it slowly because anger can effected our healthy and emotional. Anger is unhealthy habit for us as well. :)
